Ministration
Worship nights, church services, conferences, concerts, recordings and retreats. He leads, and the room worships.
Teaching
Sessions and closed training for a music team, a department, a campus fellowship or a conference track. He teaches, and people leave with something they can use.
Ministry is location sensitive.
Where you are at any point has everything to do with the assignment. It is worth saying plainly what you are asking him into.
